Two hours spent sorting through photos.
One hour spent resizing and piecing photos together for printing.
One and a half hours spent trying to print.
Fifteen minutes spent cutting photos apart.
One hour spent organizing photos by season and brainstorming transitions.
In between classes I worked on narrowing down the photos to just the ones that I really wanted to use. Then I compiled them and reprinted them so I could work with them but still have the original copies. I had some issues with the printer, so all of the photos were in black and white, but this really got me to think about the forms and subjects instead of color, which would make the structure of the piece more solid.
I reorganized the photos by season, since that is how I would like to do the project, by season versus by topic.
